RETURN POLICY
You can return Dan John products purchased online, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To return the goods and obtain a refund, it is necessary that the products are in new condition, with the tags and labels applied and in its original packaging. We can not make a refund if the products are not in the conditions described above. Please also note that products that do not comply with the return policy will be returned to the customer at his expense, as they cannot be put back on sale.
During promotional periods and during SALES it is not possible to request an exchange or replacement of goods, only refunds will be made.
The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control
CHANGE IN STORE:
Please ensure the products are in brand new condition, with all original tags attached. Bring with you the proforma invoice received by e-mail.
Show the proforma invoice and the products to one of our sales representatives to make an immediate change of size or product.
Exchanges for online purchases are available exclusively at our stores, linked here.
No monetary refunds are allowed in the store.

Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. You will be redirected to the page dedicated to your order, where you can choose whether to request an item exchange, a purchase voucher or a monetary refund. Once the process is complete, you will receive a shipping label to attach to your package.
1) ITALY
The "easy returns" procedure for exchanging items or requesting a purchase voucher of the same value is completely free.
If you prefer to request a monetary refund, a €5 withholding fee will be applied to cover the costs of managing the return.
For orders with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the return at our warehouses. We ask that you send your bank details via e-mail to: support@danjohn.com.
Please make sure the products are in new condition and in their original packaging, covering every corner of the package with tape, to obtain a reliable seal. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns sent with a charge to the recipient. We reserve the right to refuse returns related to special promotions or discounts.
2) OTHER EU COUNTRIES
For returns from European Union countries, you can only request a monetary refund or a purchase voucher of equal value. The cost of the return is €15, entirely paid by the customer.
Please make sure the products are in new condition and in their original packaging, covering every corner of the package with tape, to obtain a reliable seal. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you, the return shipping costs will be at your expense and no refund will be issued.

3) NON-EU COUNTRIES
For returns from countries outside the European Union, you can only request a monetary refund or a purchase voucher of equal value. The cost of the return is €25, including any customs fees, and will be paid by the customer.

Notes: In some areas and countries outside the EU shipments may be delayed due to customs controls. The delivery times indicated do not take into account these possible blocks or delays. Dan John is not responsible for any delays due to customs duty payments. Each country has specific regulations regarding imports, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender, with the return costs borne by the customer. Dan John cannot refund any amounts related to customs duties or import taxes.
GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:
The return procedure takes between 5 and 7 working days, starting from the moment the package is received at our warehouses.
