RETURN POLICY
ONLINE PURCHASES:
You can return Dan John products purchased online for any reason within 30 days of receiving the items.
To process a return and receive a refund, products must be in new condition, with all tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging. We cannot issue a refund if products do not meet these conditions. Please note that products not complying with the return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense, as they cannot be resold.
Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days. Please note that refund times depend on your card issuer and are beyond our control.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE:
Ensure that products are in new condition with all original tags attached. Bring the pro-forma invoice included in your package.
Show the pro-forma invoice and products to a store associate to make an immediate exchange for a different size or product.
Exchanges for products purchased online are only available at our physical stores listed at the following link.
Cash refunds are not available in-store.

Enter your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. You will be redirected to a page dedicated to your order, where you can choose to request an item exchange, a store credit, or a cash refund.
Once completed, you will receive a shipping label to attach to your package.
1) ITALY and SPAIN
The “easy return” process for item exchanges or requesting a store credit of equal value is completely free.
If you prefer a cash refund, a €5 fee will be applied to cover return processing costs.
Ensure that products are in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
2) OTHER EU COUNTRIES (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Romania, Slovakia)
For exchanges or refunds, a €5 processing fee will be applied to cover return processing costs.
If you prefer to request a gift certificate, the return process is completely free..
3) NON-EU COUNTRIES
For returns from non-EU countries, you can only request a cash refund or a store credit of equal value. The return cost is €25, including any customs fees, and is the customer’s responsibility.
Ensure that products are in new condition and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns sent with freight collect. We reserve the right to refuse returns related to promotions or special discounts.
Note: In some areas and non-EU countries, shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections. Delivery times indicated do not account for such delays. Dan John is not responsible for delays caused by customs duties. Each country has specific import regulations, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Payment of any import taxes is the customer’s responsibility. If the customer refuses to pay taxes, the shipment will not be delivered and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Dan John cannot refund any customs duties or import taxes.
GENERAL USE INSTRUCTIONS:
The return procedure takes between 5 and 7 working days, starting from the moment the package is received at our warehouses.
