You can also request a return shipment and receive a completely free size exchange or a cash refund with a €5 service charge.

Other EU countries (European Union: DE, FR, NL, BE, PT, AT, LUX, CZ, DK, HR, HU, IE, PL, SE, SI, BG, CY, EE, FI, GR, LT, LV, MT, RO, SK): You can request a return shipment and receive a size exchange or a cash refund with a €5 service charge.
